Piece tightness checking (2)

Semi-automatic checking station for flange piece tightness checking works simultaneously in three positions, i.e. part loading and unloading is carried out alternately in two extreme positions, tightness checking and flawless piece detection is made in central position. In basic AL-profile made supporting table, complete measuring station with movable table, control system and electrical fuse board is installed. Every four products are manually inserted into device and then automatically transferred underneath measuring section. In this place, they are pneumatically clamped and sealed. Having been pressure-tested, flawless pieces are automatically marked by removable pneumatic punch. Blocking lock as a part of the whole control procedure enables flawed pieces isolation.
