Automatic measuring car valve control station

Automatic station is made of AL-profile frames, several control sections and an appropriate mechanics for input and output handling. In general, fifteen important geometrical parameters are dynamically checked. After that, selected valve places are non-destructively flaw detected. At measuring station output there are fourteen output loaders distinguishing particular flaws. Then detected flawless valves are transferred by manipulator on rotating table for last visual checking before being despatched. Stationary stroke lasts less than 4.5 sec. Station is equipped also with Ethernet net interface to be connected to internal LAN net.
