New AMS control system along with the installation of a proportional Bosch Rexroth valve enabled reconstruction of the test machine for ring springs assembly and measurement of their static characteristics.

The result of the reconstruction of the machine, whose hydraulic system allows testing of the springs to the strenghts of 1200kN, is the increase of speed and accuracy /limitation of the operators influence,increased safety for operators and increased comfort of the machine operators/.After the test the measured data are stored to datafile and there is posibble to print out resulting UIC diagram.
