Measuring automaton for ball bearing control after installation

Automatic measuring station is used for radial clearance and axial distance ring faces checking when rotating and being loaded by defined force. Tested single row radial bearing ring comes from the input tray adjusted for continual filling by stepping conveyor. In next two positions axial distance measuring under rotating process and defined bidirectional axial loading is being made. Following position is reserved for measuring of bearing ring dynamic radial clearance. Through sorting conveyor the pieces are sorted out according the detected defect into programmed selective position of output loader. In AL-profile made supporting table, complete measuring station including control system and a part of electrical switchboard are installed. Measuring equipment also enables preferential measured piece loading before piece queue in the input loader.
