Roller diameter automatic monitoring station

Automatic measuring station can be used for regular sampling control of ground from 2.5mm to 5.5mm wide rollers. The piece is separated through pneumatic nozzle from continuous flow of other machined pieces and transferred to prismatic slip ended by barrier. This activity happens at rate of 14 pieces per second. The pair of measuring sticks covers the piece placed in bearing bed. Then the diameter value is detected in two adjustable profiles. After sticks being uncovered, measured piece is transferred through pneumatic nozzle either to control slip to be manually remeasured, or straight to a palette. Measured data either reflect only the production process state or enable backward correction of ground roller diameter.
