Thread automatic control head

Rotational and longitudinal movement driven head carries out thread checking by screwing control calibre up to the thread. This control means screwing process conducted by limited moment and special algorithm that solves correct calibre vectoring to the thread and its careful unscrewing. Calibre screwing depth to the single piece is checked and consequently thread quality can be evaluated.


Checking alternatives
GO control method- produced piece nominal parameter checking by experimental thread calibre that should pass through the whole depth of tested hole.
GO + NO GO control method- made through combined associated calibre or eventually through two control heads equipped with two control calibre. The first GO calibre should pass through the whole produced piece hole, the second one with NO GO diameter larger than upper acceptance value limit shouldn't be screwed in tested hole.
