The automatic tester of contactor extension modules

The automatic tester of contactor extension modules is PC-based control system enabling electronic measuring and automatic detection of flawless pieces through GPIB communication devices.

Application :

When producing many electronic components and complete products, their hundred-per-cent output control should be preferably made. Reliable and sufficient product control together with hundred-per-cent documentation can be secured only by automatic testers.

Above mentioned device is evidently able to make complete control of contactor extension module.
The control system is based on PC software installed in Windows environment. The machine contains produced module databases, measurement configurations including their allowable limits, measuring and error state archiving.
This way, the device enables keeping complete production documentation and connection to SPC and SQC systems.
Electronic parameter measuring devices are controlled through GPIB data bus. Input parameter loading is made through bar-code reader, label printers enable flawed product marking and their description.
Tester enables either extension module communication measuring through AS-i and IO-link data buses or simple module measuring without using communication system.
Flawless extension modules are labelled by device labelling, so that flawed and flawless products shouldn't be mixed up.
